ACCOUNTING MANAGER

REPORTS TO: CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER , CFO

WHO DO WE LOOK FOR?

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to supervise, t rack and evaluate day- to- day activities. Accounting Manager responsibilities include establishing f inancial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information. We are also looking for someone to work closely with our f inancial management team.

ACCOUNTING MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing f inancial reports or statements.
Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.

REQUIREMENTS & OFFERS

Master or BS's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Proven 5 years working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager.
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, ERP/ERPNext
Systems & accounting software i.e. Odoo, SAP, Oracle and databases.
Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations. High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to direct and supervise.
Strong written and verbal skills in Thai and English language.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including

month and end-year process
accounts payable/receivable
cash receipts
general ledger
treasury, budgeting
cash forecasting
revenue and expenditure variance analysis
capital assets reconciliations
trust account statement reconciliations,
check runs
fixed asset activity
debt activity
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
Coordinate and complete annual audits
Provide recommendations
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
Meet financial accounting objectives
Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

Junior Audio-Visual Technical Support Officer

Report to: Directors

Work location: RCA Rama 9, Bangkok 10310

AV Support Engineer/Audio Visual Technical Support is urgently required for our office based in RCA, Bangkok.

Responsibilities

Provide product guidance and solutions to the teams and customers as assigned
Design and write coding programs efficiently to meet the customers’ inputs as assigned.
Write an application by using programming tools as assigned
Prototyping for AV Visual analysis by using programs
Demonstrate products to customers on/off-site when required
Managing AV Visual faults and supporting AV Visual services
Diagnose and troubleshoot AV Visual software and hardware problems and help our customers install applications and programs

Requirements and skills

BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field
Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer,
IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
Hands-on experience with a strong knowledge of Lua, C/C++ language, or equivalent
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
Good command of English both verbal and written is an advantage
